Ojai Community Bank Giving Thanks a Little Early

Ojai Community Bank is starting the Thanksgiving season a little early this year. On Friday (today) they will be celebrating their customers all day. Gratitude sometimes comes in edible forms and the bank will be providing muffins and orange juice in the morning, burgers at lunch and sweets all afternoon to let their customers know they are appreciated. Bank President Dave Brubaker will be out in the parking lot flipping burgers himself and talking with customers. The Customer Appreciation party will be at the Ojai Community Bank branch from 9 to 5:00 at 402 W. Ojai Avenue.
Customer Appreciation Day will be the kick off to a month of many gratitude events for Ojai Community Bank. Starting November 1st, the bank has challenged all of the Ojai Valley banks to join them in a food drive to support Help of Ojai’s Community Assistance Program. Ojai Valley residents will be able to drop their donations at any of Ojai’s banks.
On November 10th the Ojai Community Bank is hosting an Evening of Appreciation for the nonprofits in Ojai that have partnered with the bank in donating to the Ojai community. The bank has donated to over 100 nonprofits in the past year and would like to honor all that these organizations do for our valley.
Community banking is one aspect of a thriving community. Cooperation between all our community organizations, the schools, businesses, individuals and nonprofits is necessary to meet all the needs of our Valley. Ojai Community Bank is taking time this month to thank those who work together to serve Ojai.
