David Brubaker, President and CEO, is a long time resident of Ventura, having graduated from Ventura High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Finance from San Diego State University and has over 25 years of banking experience. His experience has focused on community banks in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. including Santa Paula Savings, Bank of A. Levy, Ventura County Credit Union, Bank of Ventura and Business First National Bank. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of County Commerce Bank in Ventura. He lives with his wife Karen and children Matthew and Victoria.

Michael Orman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, began his banking career in 1974 with Security Pacific National Bank after graduating from the University of Southern California. In 1983, he transitioned to community banking where decisions are made by people who understand the local needs of the businesses and families where the bank holds its branches and its employees make their homes. During his 38 year career he has held positions of increasing responsibility in operations, lending and management. Orman has been a resident of Ventura County since 2004. He serves on the executive board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Oxnard & Port Hueneme and is on the board of the Tri-Counties chapter of the Risk Management Association. Mike has been married to his wife MaryAnn for 37 years and together they have raised two daughters, Melinda and Marilyn..

Michelle Henson, Chief Credit Officer, has specific experience in the market area as the Chief Credit Officer of Ojai Valley Bank since 1997 having started with the Bank in 1977, She is a member of the Ojai Rotary West Club since 1996.

Suzanne Lagos, Chief Financial Officer, has been a resident of the Ojai Valley for 25 years. Ms. Lagos received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. She began her banking career in 1980 with Santa Paula Savings and Loan; in 1991 she joined Ojai Valley Bank. While at Ojai Valley Bank, she served as Chief Financial Officer for seven years. She resides in Ojai with her husband and children.
